Integrations / TaskJuice
Bird in your client workflows
TaskJuice is workflow automation for agencies. Connect a client's Bird workspace once; their workflows send SMS and WhatsApp, verify users, look up numbers, manage contacts and consent, and react to delivery outcomes as triggers.

One key, region included
TaskJuice asks for a Bird API key and the region it belongs to, nothing else. Publishing a workflow registers one workspace-wide webhook endpoint at Bird for the events it uses, and TaskJuice verifies every delivery's signature itself.

What the connection covers.Most of the platform API, as workflow nodes.
Actions across the API. SMS and WhatsApp sending, Verify, Lookup, numbers and orders, contacts, audiences, custom properties and consent. Sends return accepted at once; the outcome arrives as a trigger.
$ send-sms
$ create-verification
Every delivery outcome, as a trigger. SMS, WhatsApp, Verify, voice call and consent events, correlated to the send by its id. Failure triggers carry Bird's error details.
$ bird/sms-delivered
$ bird/preference-revoked
What this is not. No email, no outbound voice calls, no batch send. Voice is read-only, and analytics breakdowns and Realtime stay out of scope.
$ Not included
