01 · Prepare

Select a destination package and confirm phone readiness.

Browse single-country and multi-country offers in the dashboard catalog to compare data allowances, validity windows, activation terms, and published prices. Before funding the order from your organization wallet, check that your test phone is carrier-unlocked and supports eSIM profiles (test-mode credentials cannot install a live cellular profile on a handset).

02 · Purchase and install

Deliver a private setup link or scan the QR code.

As soon as the order completes, open the hosted installation page or send a private setup link by email or SMS so the recipient can install without a workspace login. On the handset, walk through one-tap cellular setup on the same phone, scan the QR code from a laptop screen, or enter the activation code manually over Wi-Fi.

03 · Verify and operate

Confirm cellular data and test top-ups or renewal.

Select the Bird eSIM for mobile data in a covered destination and load a webpage with Wi-Fi turned off to verify live network attachment. In the dashboard or via the API, inspect the remaining data allowance and last report timestamp, add a compatible top-up package to the existing profile, or turn on automatic renewal where the offer supports it.
