Prepare, connect and verify.

Start with one controlled calling path before preparing customer traffic.

  1. 01

    Sign up for Bird.

Create your workspace and open Voice. Prepare the access and balance required for a call, and choose a destination and test number your team controls.

  2. 02

    Connect a SIP trunk.

Create a call-ready trunk, prepare an eligible caller identity and enable the destination. Use the browser phone for a first test or connect a compatible SIP client. SIP trunks guide

  3. 03

    Place your first call.

Place a controlled call to your test phone. Confirm audio in both directions, keypad tones and clean hangup, then inspect the resulting call record. First call guide
