automation.
Send a welcome. Wait for the next action. Follow up when it matters. Build email workflows around customer events, with reusable templates and a visual path you can inspect.

Prepare with your agent.
Make the flow your own.
Ask your agent to create and preview the email with Bird MCP. Then connect that template to customer events, conditions and waits in the Automations builder.
Find my welcome email template and render a preview for Maya using sample parameters. Leave the template and any workflow unpublished for review.

Welcome, Maya.
Good things start with a little curiosity. Take a look around and make yourself at home.
See the path.
Before it goes live.
Try the workflow with sample customer data before you publish. Preview shows which branch it takes and how the data maps into your email, so you can catch a missing name or wrong recipient before a customer receives it.
Preview simulates actions and waits without sending messages.
Ready to build?
A welcome is a start.
What happens next matters.
Start a workflow when a customer signs up. Send a welcome email, wait for activation, and follow up if they still need help. Connect your application’s events to conditions, waits and email actions in the visual builder.
Different customers.
The right next step.
See which path a customer took and why. Open a run to inspect its inputs and step results, whether it completed, paused for an event or encountered a problem. Published versions keep the workflow behind each run clear.
Email automation, explained.
Is Email automation available in my workspace?
Automations is in Early access. Your workspace permissions determine the actions available, and your organization has a shared run allowance. Review the Automations guide and your workspace before publishing.
Can I test a workflow without sending emails?
Yes. Preview evaluates conditions and field mappings against sample data, with simulated action results and waits. Starting a real run executes the published workflow and can send messages.
Can a workflow send to an entire audience?
A flow does not automatically run an action for each audience member. Use Broadcasts for an audience campaign, and configure supported workflow actions for individual customer events.
