View channel logs
Access details about every message sent from the Bird platform.
Every installed channel will have logs up to 30 days back, giving details about every message sent from the Bird platform.
Note: Channel logs are retained for up to 30 days and can be searched and viewed 7 days at a time using the time filter.
You can apply a date filter (7-day range at a time) and additional filters to look for a specific log. You can filter by
From, To: Search by email, phone, or custom identifier
Message Types
Email Subject (only for email)
MessageID
Direction: Outgoing / Incoming
Status
Message Tags
Failure Code
Batch ID
Clicking on the log itself will show further information, as shown below.
