bird voice calls

Description

A call groups its initial leg and any legs added by forwarding or dialing. A created call runs its sequence once the recipient answers, after browser confirmation approves the billable call, and is readable once its initial leg registers. Cost is on the legs.

Reads return JSON; list is paginated. Mutations take flags and/or a --body-file JSON body (flags overriding); run --example to print the body shape or --dry-run to preview the request.
