Only relevant to organizations with several workspaces. Remove a workspace's own limit for one resource or value quota, leaving only the shared organization limit. Succeeds when no workspace limit is set, and works even when new workspace limits cannot be set. Bird sets the mTLS limits (mtls_certificate_authorities_max, webhook_client_certificates_max), so a change to them returns 403.
This is destructive and cannot be undone; pass --yes to confirm.
