WhatsApp sends are template-only: a send carries an approved template, its language, and
its placeholder values. Delivery is asynchronous, so a message's status and its sent, delivered
and read timeline are read back afterwards.
Reads return JSON; list is paginated. Mutations take flags and/or a --body-file JSON body (flags overriding); run --example to print the body shape or --dry-run to preview the request.
