Bird's SIP trunking. Production calls come from your own equipment, so these mostly
read what happened and why: list and get are the per-call records, stats the
aggregates. trunks, caller-ids and destinations decide what is admitted,
session-credentials mints one to connect with, and tools places a call.
Reads return JSON; list is paginated.
