Bird answers opt-out and opt-in out of the box on every number the workspace owns, so a
rule of your own is an override rather than a starting point. Your keywords are added to
Bird's rather than replacing them, and the country a rule narrows to is the sender's,
worked out from their own number.
Reads return JSON. Mutations take flags and/or a --body-file JSON body (flags overriding); run --example to print the body shape or --dry-run to preview the request. Destructive commands require --yes.
