What to do
Ask someone with billing access to check why overage is unavailable, such as an overdue plan renewal or overage turned off for the organization; otherwise contact sales for more included lookups or wait for the next billing period. A batch larger than the lookups remaining is refused whole, so send a smaller batch to use them. Nothing was charged for this request.
