More than a place to type

A better way to choose, book and buy.

A customer asking about a product should be able to see it. Someone booking a visit should be able to choose a time. Build the next step into the conversation, with familiar Apple controls and your business behind them.

AI and your team, in the same conversation

Help that remembers how the conversation started.

Give your AI approved knowledge and access to the business actions it can perform. It can clarify a request, find an order or guide a customer through a booking. When a person takes over, the history and collected details are already there.

Connect answers to useful actions

An answer about opening hours can become a studio visit. A question about an order can become a delivery check. Use customer permissions and your connected systems to make the next step useful.

Make the handoff feel like progress

Route the request to the right team with a summary and the relevant record. Pause the assistant while a person owns the conversation, so customers receive a coherent response.

Build the experience behind the message

From one useful task to a service you can run.

Start with the request your customers already make. Connect its decisions, business actions and follow-up in a journey your team can review, publish and improve.

Explore journeys and templates
01

Bring the starting point with you

A message from a store page carries a different intent from a message about an order. Use entry-point context to choose the opening question, location and service team. For an invitation, record the customer’s choice before continuing the conversation.

02

Reuse the parts that work

Create native message templates and connect the branches around them. Review language variants, preview the customer’s choices and publish a version your team can operate. Continue long-running requests when the customer or a business system responds.

Build a reusable journey
03

Finish the task in your business systems

Use your booking, commerce and customer platforms to carry out the action. Bird connects the conversation, native interaction and returned result. Developers and coding agents can work from the same integration guidance, with review before publication.

04

See where customers make progress

Connect entry-point cohorts, conversations and completed business outcomes. Find the form customers leave, the booking they cannot finish or the requests that need a person, then improve the step that matters.

A considered launch

Your brand. Your service. Ready for Messages.

Choose the experience you want to offer before opening the channel. Bird brings business registration, native experience design and service operations into one launch plan, from the first test conversation to the team that will handle the next one.

Prepare your business for Apple review

Bring together the business identity, brand assets, customer-facing entry points and service experience. Connect Bird as the messaging provider and test the journey on supported devices before making it public.

Scope the service and its cost together

Decide which journeys launch first, which systems they connect to and how AI and people share the work. Use those requirements to review provider fit, migration needs and your Bird commercial proposal.

Apple Messages questions, answered

What is Apple Messages for Business?
Apple Messages for Business connects a customer with a business inside Messages. The experience can include native choices, forms, appointments, account authentication and payment, connected to the systems that resolve the request.
Is Apple Business Chat the same product?
Apple Business Chat is the former name. Apple Messages for Business is the current channel name; Bird uses Apple Messages for the product navigation.
Can we send a marketing broadcast to any iPhone number?
No. Ordinary messaging follows a customer conversation. Invitation Messages use a separate Apple-approved workflow with explicit opt-in and are not a general marketing broadcast.
How do customers find our business?
Use the configured Apple discovery surfaces and entry points on your website or app. Keep the entry point tied to the right business, service task and response team.
Can AI help resolve requests?
Connect AI to approved business knowledge and authorized actions. Keep a clear handoff to people, and report the result recorded by the booking, payment or service system.
Should we create a workspace or talk to a specialist?
Start with the customer experience you want to deliver. Work with a specialist on Apple registration, the business connection and launch plan, then operate native content, journeys and conversations from your Bird workspace.
