Fictional availability and booking. A selected slot becomes confirmed only after the booking system accepts it.
An appointment, from start to finish
Make booking feel like part of the service.
A customer asks to visit your studio. Use their preferred location and purpose to find suitable appointments, show the available times in Messages and return a confirmation from your booking system. The customer leaves the conversation knowing where to go and when.
Connect the same journey to consultations, repairs, store visits or collections. Carry the selected service, location and customer details forward, then add a Wallet pass so the confirmed appointment stays easy to find.
Read the appointments guideFrom available time to confirmed visit.
The time picker makes choosing simple. The connected booking workflow makes the appointment real, including availability checks and a clear response when plans change.
Find the right availability
Use the service, location, duration and customer preferences to request appropriate slots from your scheduling system. Include the time zone and any preparation the customer needs before choosing.
Offer a native time picker
Present a focused set of appointments in Messages. The customer selects a time and sends the choice back into the conversation, with the service and location still attached.
Confirm against the booking system
Check that the selected slot remains available and create the appointment through your booking service. Return its confirmed reference and details. If the slot has gone, offer updated choices while keeping the request intact.
Make changes easy to follow
Let the customer return to the conversation to move or cancel the visit. Apply the change in the booking system, confirm the new result and update the associated Wallet pass.
The experience continues after booking.
Prepare the customer for the visit
Include the location, arrival instructions and anything the customer should bring. Connect the appointment to a pass they can save, with a route back to the business when they need help.
Handle a changed plan gracefully
Distinguish a proposed change from a confirmed one. If a booking request is still pending, explain that state and check the existing request before retrying. Keep the conversation and appointment reference together for your service team.
