Every template has one editable draft plus the immutable versions submitted from it, and only the draft can be edited or submitted. Rolling back makes an earlier published version live and resets the draft to it, adding no version. delete discards the draft's changes rather than removing a version.

Reads return JSON; list is paginated. Destructive commands require --yes.
