Delete a template and every version it holds, freeing its slug for reuse in the workspace. There is no undo, and a later send naming the template is rejected. A template still referenced by a broadcast that has not finished sending cannot be deleted and returns a conflict.
This is destructive and cannot be undone; pass --yes to confirm.
