bird support-tickets reply
Usage
Exemplo de código
bird support-tickets reply <ticket-id> [flags]Description
Reply to an existing support ticket.
Adds a message to the ticket and returns the ticket id as confirmation. Run bird support-tickets get <ticket-id> to see the updated history.
Build the request from flags, a JSON CreateSupportTicketMessage body via --body-file ("-" reads
stdin), or both — a flag overrides the matching body field. Run --example to
print a ready-to-edit body, or --dry-run to print the resolved request without
sending it.
Examples
Exemplo de código
# print the body shape (no credentials needed)
bird support-tickets reply --example
# the body it prints:Exemplo de código
{
"text": "Can you share more details about the error?"
}Exemplo de código
