Holding a number is not the same as being allowed to send from it: many countries want a
registration approved first, and which one depends on the country and the kind of sender.
requirements answers that per country, and names the calls that move each one forward.
Reads return JSON; list is paginated. Mutations take flags and/or a --body-file JSON body (flags overriding); run --example to print the body shape or --dry-run to preview the request.
