Punctuation marks not supported in the sender: . ( period) ” (double quotation mark) ' (single quotation mark) ? (question mark) and ! (exclamation mark) ' (apostrophe) ; (semicolon) and : (colon) , (comma) () (parentheses) and [] (brackets) Generic SenderIDs → Generic words such as ""alert"", ""info"", ""rdv"", ""payment"", ""bank"", ""parcel""..., are not permitted.
