Gambling Traffic Restrictions:

Only traffic from gambling companies registered with the Brazilian Ministry of Finance will be permitted
All unregistered gambling traffic will be blocked
Registration with the Ministry of Finance is mandatory for SMS delivery

Content Restrictions:

Virtual Local Numbers (VLN) are prohibited in messages
Messages containing bank names require explicit authorization from the respective banks
Messages containing Mobile Network Operator (MNO) names require explicit authorization from the respective operators
