Send a fresh passcode on the next channel, for a recipient who never received it

Identify the verification by the same recipient it was started for (--phone-number and/or --email); no verification id is needed. The send skips the resend cooldown, and every passcode already sent stays valid, so a late arrival can still be checked. The result is the verification with "last_channel" set to the channel the new passcode went to. A verification whose channel plan is exhausted returns 422 NoNextChannel — re-create the verification to resend on the current channel.

Build the request from flags, a JSON VerificationNextChannelRequest body via --body-file ("-" reads stdin), or both — a flag overrides the matching body field. Run --example to print a ready-to-edit body, or --dry-run to print the resolved request without sending it.
