What to do
List the mailboxes with deleted ones included to see what holds the slots. A deleted inbox.ai address keeps its slot for 30 days (its restore window), so it holds one without appearing in a default listing. Deleting a mailbox on one of your own domains frees its slot immediately; otherwise raise the limit on a higher plan.
