E21xxx — Voice & SIP trunking
Error codes in the E21xxx range that the public Bird API returns. Each code links to its own page (the page its doc_url points at) with the cause and what to do. Retired codes stay listed; they are never renamed or reused.

| E21033 | SIPTrunkAPIKeyNotEligible | 422 | This API key cannot authenticate the trunk, so it cannot be allowed on it. |
| E21034 | VoiceCallerIDVerificationCodeExpired | 422 | The verification code has expired. |
| E21036 | VoiceCallerIDVerificationInProgressElsewhere | 409 | Another verification for this phone number is already in progress. |
| E21046 | VoiceTrunkGatewayNotFound | 404 | Gateway not found on this trunk. |
| E21047 | VoiceTrunkGatewayAlreadyExists | 409 | This trunk already has a gateway with this SIP URI. |
| E21048 | VoiceInboundNumberAlreadyClaimed | 409 | Another SIP trunk already answers this inbound number. |
| E21050 | VoiceNumberInboundNotSupported | 412 | This number cannot receive calls. |
| E21051 | VoiceTrunkOutboundNotEnabled | 412 | This SIP trunk does not have outbound calling enabled. |
| E21052 | VoiceTrunkInboundNotEnabled | 412 | This SIP trunk does not have inbound calling enabled. |
| E21053 | VoiceInboundForwardTargetNotVerified | 412 | Calls can only be forwarded to a verified caller ID. |
| E21057 | — | — | Retired: no longer returned, never reused. |
| E21066 | VoiceCallingNumberNotAllowed | 422 | The calling number cannot be used for outbound calls in this workspace. |
| E21067 | VoiceNumberOwnershipUnverified | 422 | The calling number's ownership requirements have not been approved. |
