The unsubscribe variable is somewhere we cannot turn into a link.

What to do
We replace the whole {{ bird.unsubscribe_url }} token with the unsubscribe link, so it has to stand on its own in the body. Take it out of any {% if %} or {% for %}, remove any filter applied to it, and keep it out of the subject.
