E28xxx — Apple Messages for Business
Error codes in the E28xxx range that the public Bird API returns. Each code links to its own page (the page its doc_url points at) with the cause and what to do. Retired codes stay listed; they are never renamed or reused.

E28004 | AMBContentKindUnsupported | 422 | This content type is not supported for the conversation. |
E28005 | AMBContentShapeInvalid | 422 | The message must carry exactly one kind of content. |

E28012 | AMBConversationNotFound | 404 | No conversation matches the identifier given. |

E28014 | AMBRoutingRuleNotFound | 404 | No routing rule matches this id. |
E28015 | AMBRoutingRuleDefaultExists | 409 | This business already has a default routing rule. |
E28016 | AMBSuppressionNotFound | 404 | No active suppression matches this id. |
E28017 | AMBMessageSourceNotPermitted | 422 | The credential you authenticated with cannot send a message from that source. |
E28018 | AMBQuickReplyItemsInvalid | 422 | A quick reply carries between two and five items. |
E28019 | AMBApplePayLineItemsInvalid | 422 | An Apple Pay request carries at most twenty line items. |
E28020 | AMBEndpointNotHTTPS | 422 | This media or link URL must use HTTPS. |
E28022 | AMBSuppressionAlreadyEnded | 409 | This suppression episode has already ended. |
E28023 | AMBFormPagesInvalid | 422 | The form's pages are not a valid form document. |
E28024 | AMBInteractiveImageInvalid | 422 | An image referenced by this message does not meet Apple's limits. |
E28026 | AMBBusinessNameRequired | 422 | The business account needs a name. |
E28027 | AMBAttachmentTooLarge | 422 | The attachment is larger than Apple accepts. |
E28028 | AMBBusinessStatusChanged | 409 | The business changed state while this change was being made. |
E28029 | AMBEntryPointIDDuplicate | 422 | Two entry points share the same id. |
E28031 | AMBPaymentSetupUnavailable | 412 | Apple Pay is not ready for this business and environment. |
E28036 | AMBPaymentProcessing | 409 | The payment has an unresolved provider operation. |
E28037 | AMBPaymentTokenInvalid | 422 | The Apple Pay authorization could not be verified for this payment request. |
E28039 | AMBSuppressionNotRemovable | 422 | Only manual Apple suppressions can be ended manually. |
E28040 | AMBRoutingChangeChanged | 409 | The conversation's pending routing change is no longer the one this decision names. |
