Your mailboxes have used all the storage your plan allows.

What to do
The allowance is shared by every mailbox, including mailboxes that can still be restored. Permanently delete messages you no longer need, or upgrade to a plan with more storage. Lowering a mailbox's retention tier can also free space after its background update completes and the next hourly purge. Large mailboxes can take hours.
