What to do
A profile belongs to the WhatsApp Business Account that owns the number, and a number whose connection has not finished does not exist at WhatsApp yet, so it has no profile there. Wait for the connection to finish, or use a number that is already connected; GET /v1/whatsapp/numbers lists them with their scope and status.
