The default language must be one of the languages the draft carries.

What to do
Set the default language to a language the draft carries, or add content for the language you want as the default. This also applies when removing a language or submitting a version. The default cannot be removed, repointed at a language the draft does not hold, or left out of what you submit; add or repoint it first.
