A submission is the whole set of answers a country asked for, filed in one call against a
registration you hold, and reviewed item by item. resupply replaces only what came back
refused. Both are a legal representation about the business, relayed onward to a carrier or
a regulator.
Reads return JSON. Mutations take flags and/or a --body-file JSON body (flags overriding); run --example to print the body shape or --dry-run to preview the request.
