Create a list
Lists are static collections of contacts that are grouped together based on specific criteria.
Unlike segments, contacts are not automatically added or removed from lists based on changes to their profile information. Instead, contacts must be manually added or removed from groups.
Lists are a useful way to organize contacts based on specific characteristics or attributes. For example, you may want to create a group for VIP customers or a group for customers who have opted-in to receive promotional offers.
Learn how to create a contact list in Bird:

Select contacts for your list
Go to Marketing > Manage > Audience > Lists & Segments.
Click Create new in the top right-hand corner.
Select Create list.
Name your list: Enter a clear, descriptive name (e.g., "Abandoned Cart") so it's easily searchable later.
Choose a consent type:
Single consent: Automatically adds subscribers when they provide their contact details.
Double consent: Requires an additional confirmation step from the subscriber.
(Optional) Add a description to help teams understand the list’s purpose.
(Optional) Select “Proof list” if this list is for internal testing purposes.
(Optional) Add tags to make the list easier to find later.
Manually select individual contacts to include.
Once done, click Add list to save and create your static list.
