Set up frequency capping
Frequency caps allow you to control how often your messages are sent to recipients, preventing message fatigue and improving customer experience. With frequency caps, you can set limits on message delivery across different time periods to ensure your communication strategy remains effective without overwhelming customers.

Step 1: Access frequency caps settings
In the main menu Open Developer product
In the menu Navigate to Channels
Expand SMS section
Click on SMS settings
Navigate to the Frequency Capping tab
Step 2: Configure global frequency limits
Set numbers of SMS message and Frequency
Eg. 1 SMS with Frequency one would mean that customer will receive maximum one message per day
Step 3: Monitor and adjust
Regularly review message delivery metrics
Analyze customer engagement rates
Adjust caps based on performance data and customer feedback
