Send a typing indicator

Sends a typing signal through Apple for an existing conversation. Typing is best effort; typing_end still needs native device verification. It does not enqueue a billable message.

Build the request from flags, a JSON AMBConversationTypingRequest body via --body-file ("-" reads stdin), or both — a flag overrides the matching body field. Run --example to print a ready-to-edit body, or --dry-run to print the resolved request without sending it.
