What to do
Open the group in the Bird dashboard to see where it stands. A pending group is one WhatsApp has not confirmed yet and reaches active on its own, usually within seconds. A suspended group is one WhatsApp stopped activity in, and only WhatsApp can lift that. A deleted or failed group is finished and accepts nothing further, neither a message nor a change: create its replacement in the Bird dashboard and work with that group instead.
