E06xxx — Webhooks

Error codes in the E06xxx range that the public Bird API returns. Each code links to its own page (the page its doc_url points at) with the cause and what to do. Retired codes stay listed; they are never renamed or reused.

`E06006`	`WebhookNoUsableSecret`	`412`	Endpoint has no non-expired signing secret available.
`E06007`	`WebhookEventTypeUnknown`	`422`	One or more event types are not in the catalog.
`E06008`	`WebhookTooManyEventTypes`	`422`	Endpoint exceeds the maximum number of subscribed event types.
`E06009`	`WebhookTooManyEndpoints`	`422`	Organization has reached the maximum number of webhook endpoints.
`E06010`	`WebhookReplayQuotaExceeded`	`429`	Webhook replay quota exceeded for this organization.
`E06011`	`WebhookNoSubscribedEventTypes`	`412`	Endpoint has no subscribed event types to test.
`E06012`	`WebhookCallbackUnverified`	`422`	The callback URL did not confirm that it wants to receive deliveries. The url field error names the failure as connection_refused, timeout, tls_error, http_4xx, http_5xx or challenge_failed.
`E06013`	`WebhookClientCertificateRequired`	`409`	The webhook client certificate state can be evaluating or enforced only after you upload a certificate.
`E06014`	`WebhookClientCertificateSigningRequestMissing`	`409`	No signing request is waiting for a certificate.
`E06015`	`WebhookClientCertificateInvalid`	`422`	The certificate chain is not valid PEM, the certificate does not match the key of the signing request, has no clientAuth extended key usage or is outside its validity period, or an intermediate certificate is not a CA certificate in its validity period that signed the certificate before it.
