Step-by-step guide

Campaigns let you send one-time messages to your audience across channels like Email, SMS, WhatsApp, or In-App. Let’s walk through how to get started.

Step 1: Explore the Campaigns Dashboard

  1. Navigate to Campaigns from the sidebar.

  2. Here, you'll see a list of your previously sent campaigns, along with key metrics:

    • Recipients
    • Open rate
    • Click rate
    • And more
  3. Use the search bar or filter options to quickly find a specific campaign.

  4. Toggle between Sent, Draft, and All using the tabs at the top.

  5. Click on any campaign to dive deeper into performance insights and see what worked.

Start with one channel.
Add the others when you're ready.
