bird organization workspaces rate-limits list <workspace-id> [flags]Description
Only relevant to organizations with several workspaces, or one left with a workspace limit or enabled allocation after a deletion. List every rate-limit policy for any workspace in the organization: the shared organization limit, the manual workspace limit and its expiry, any automatic limit, whether usage has been measured for long enough to set a new limit, and remaining capacity in the current window. A new limit also needs several workspaces.
