What to do
Only a number whose status is connected can send, and GET /v1/whatsapp/numbers reports the status of each. A number at preparing reaches awaiting_signup on its own, one at awaiting_signup needs WhatsApp Embedded Signup completed on it, and one at pending is still being registered with WhatsApp. A number at failed reports the reason it stopped; disconnect it and connect it again. Send once its status reads connected.
