What to do
Template text uses named variables such as {{order_id}}, written in lowercase letters, numbers and underscores. A carousel card's button labels are the exception, where WhatsApp only accepts numbered variables like {{1}}. A card's body text and a url can use names or numbers, but not both in one text. The response names each variable at fault.
