The numbers calls can arrive for, and what each one does with a call. A number with no
route of its own follows the workspace default from bird voice settings, and only one
whose calls arrive at Bird can carry a route at all; one from another carrier is routed
by that carrier.
Reads return JSON; list is paginated. Mutations take flags and/or a --body-file JSON body (flags overriding); run --example to print the body shape or --dry-run to preview the request.
