bird trust actions requirements
Usage
bird trust actions requirements <action> [flags]Description
Lists the trust requirements one action depends on (buy_number, register_sender_id, add_sender_id or register_verified_number), each with whether the organization has met it and how to resolve it if not. Read it before offering an action rather than after it refuses: unmet trust requirements produce E16000 on submission, so this precheck identifies the outstanding steps. Use top-level satisfied for permission; an organization override can allow the action while individual requirements remain unmet. Explicit ineligibility returns 412/E33003. A failed assessment-freshness lookup returns retryable 503/E33001; retry after recovery. Missing or incomplete assessments alone do not produce that error. The order is a suggestion rather than a sequence, and submission checks permission again. bird trust gates verification create starts a verification against a named requirement, which a one-time code or a provider-hosted link then settles.
