When creating a new attribute:

Description: Provide context about what this attribute captures.
Key: Assign a unique system key (e.g., mobile_number) to reference the attribute.
Data type: Choose the appropriate type (e.g., string, number, date).
PII: Mark it as Personally Identifiable Information if applicable.
Click Save to confirm the new attribute.
Step 1: Go to global attribute settings
From the dashboard, go to Admin > Data Management > Attributes.
Step 2: Create a global attribute
Click Add new.
Fill in the same fields as above (name, description, key, data type, and PII status).
Click Save to make the attribute available across your entire contact base.
Objects are custom data structures that contain a set of attributes—think of them like reusable templates for storing structured data.
To create an object:
Go to Admin > Data Management > Objects.
Click Add new object.
Enter:
Object name
Description
Click Save.
Your object will now appear in the left-hand panel, and you can begin adding attributes to it.
