In the main menu navigate to Developer product
Navigate to Channels section in the menu
Click on RCS Google
Open Message Logs
Step 2: Understand log data fields
Direction: Indicates whether messages are inbound or outbound
Status: Shows current message state (sent, delivered, read, failed)
Message ID: Unique identifier for each message
From/To: Sender and recipient phone numbers
Type: Message format classification
Created/Updated: Timestamps for message creation and status updates
Tags: Custom labels or categories assigned to messages
Failure Codes: Error identification when message delivery fails

Use the number filter to focus on specific RCS channels
Click on the number dropdown
Select the specific number you want to analyze
Adjust the time range to analyze performance over different periods
