bird whatsapp business-accounts reach-estimate <business-account-ref> [flags]Description
Ask Meta how many marketing deliveries, and at what cost, each candidate maximum price would have won in one country. Use a row's bid_amount as a marketing template language's optimization_spec.bid_amount. Amounts are per 1,000 deliveries in the smallest unit of currency_code. Meta estimates one country per request, so call it once per country. A country without a maximum price fails with E15090.
