What to do

WhatsApp is reviewing the copy you last submitted for this language, and it accepts no further change until it answers. Read the language on the version under review and wait until its status shows the verdict, such as approved or rejected; it usually arrives within minutes. Then edit the language and submit again. Retrying before the verdict fails the same way, and reloading the template does not clear this. Languages that are not under review can still be edited and submitted in the meantime. WhatsApp also refuses some changes in a language's current state, such as editing or deleting a disabled language, and a removed language can't be added back until WhatsApp confirms the removal. Those refusals carry no next step, because no review verdict clears them.
