Ask Bird
Select Help in the dashboard to open Ask Bird. Describe what you want to do, where you are blocked, and any error you see. Ask Bird can explain Bird products, help with setup, and prepare supported changes for your review.
Share screenshots and text
Paste a screenshot into the Ask Bird message box or drop an image into it. Include a short question so Ask Bird knows what to check.
Chat attachments support images. Documents and archives such as PDF, XML, CSV, and ZIP files cannot be attached. Paste a short relevant text excerpt instead, leaving out passwords, API keys, and personal information you do not need to share. Ask Bird does not have a document upload button.
For a DMARC report, open the DMARC report analyzer. It accepts XML and compressed .xml.gz reports. Share the relevant results with Ask Bird as text or a screenshot.
Check what happened
An explanation or a prepared change does not mean an action has completed. Read the result in the dashboard before trying the same action again. If an action was interrupted and its result is unclear, ask Ask Bird to check the current state.
The daily Ask Bird allowance is shared across your organization. If it is used up, you can ask more questions after it resets at midnight UTC. For help before then, select Help at the top of the Ask Bird panel, then Contact Support.
Contact Support
Select Help at the top of the Ask Bird panel, then Contact Support when you need a person to help. If Ask Bird prepares a support summary, review and send it to create the ticket. You can edit the summary before sending. A prepared summary has not been sent yet.
Include the problem, the relevant record or page, and the checks you have already tried. If you already have a ticket for that problem, continue in that ticket so Support has the earlier context.
