Higher than normal complaint rates

Take these actions:
Maintain consistent sending volumes
Remove unengaged subscribers
Monitor complaint rates
Ensure content is relevant and expected
Verify authentication is properly configured
Yellow status often improves within a few days if you follow these practices.
