External vetting is a third-party review of the brand itself, separate from the registry's
review of a submission. A brand registered as a public company needs auth_plus vetting
before any campaign under it will be accepted, and it is never ordered for you. Each
attempt carries a one-off fee.
Reads return JSON. Mutations take flags and/or a --body-file JSON body (flags overriding); run --example to print the body shape or --dry-run to preview the request.
