bird email suppressionsDescription
Manage records from hard bounces, complaints, and manual additions. Each record's
applies_to value says which message categories it blocks. Removing one record
leaves other blocks in place. Check remaining records before resuming delivery.
New opt-outs are recorded as messaging preferences.
Reads return JSON; list is paginated. Destructive commands require --yes.
