Temporary Working Abroad
Work from anywhere, 10 business day a year. We expect Birds to work from their hired country. For many reasons - including employment law and customer SLAs - we don’t offer the option to work from anywhere in the world. We do recognize the need to visit family abroad for instance, so we allow this for 10 business days a year, as long as the hired timezone can be adhered to.

As you'll work from home, we ensure your home office setup is top-notch.We’ll send you branded gear (and love our outfits!) and help you buy whatever you need to work effectively and ergonomically. Your MacBook, screen, keyboard, chair, desk, and light – are all part of the package.

Need a holiday? Building a Family? Unexpected Circumstances?Life happens! We offer PTO, generous Parental Leave and Special Leave covering all common situations. Did you stay up way later than planned last night, or want to take your Birthday off? We offer an annual Joker Day, one extra day off per year, no questions asked.

Bird offsites
Once a year, we fly Birds from all corners of the world to a sunny place for a week to meet, connect, and celebrate. Global events are mandatory to attend but trust us, you certainly don’t want to miss this! Local and Team offsites happen based on business need. Our last Sales Kick-Off was in Bangkok, Thailand!
Monthly drinks
In our main hubs like Amsterdam, London, Singapore, Barcelona, Dubai, and Bogota, Birds organize informal monthly Friday drinks and snacks to get together and connect in person with fellow local Birds.
