View SMS campaign report. Monitor delivery rates and performance of your SMS marketing

Accessing campaign reports
To view a campaign’s performance:
- Go to Marketing > Campaigns.
- Find the campaign you want to review.
Report overview
The Overview tab provides a high-level summary of your campaign activity, including the following metrics:
- Total – Total number of messages in the campaign.
- Queued – Messages that are waiting to be sent.
- Sent – Messages that have been sent.
- Delivered – Messages confirmed as delivered to the recipient’s device.
Details
The Details tab provides insight into how your campaign was configured:
- Campaign type – The type of campaign, such as Broadcast.
- Channel – The platform used to send the campaign, such as SMS.
- Sender – The number from which the campaign was sent.
- Recipients – The audience or list that received the campaign.
- Campaign status – The current state of the campaign (e.g., Processing, Sent, or Error).
- Template – The message template used in the campaign.
- Language – The language in which the campaign was sent.
