Per-hour received-email series, gap-filled with zero rows, max 720 hours (30 days). Takes the same tag filter as bird email stats inbound daily; for longer ranges use bird email stats inbound daily, for one aggregate row use bird email stats inbound summary.

| --to | End instant (inclusive), RFC 3339; rounded down to the enclosing hour. A numeric UTC offset is rejected when timezone is set; use a Z (UTC) instant. Defaults to the current hour when omitted. Window may not exceed 30 days (720 hourly rows). |
